Below is the original list of equipment shipped on the Chateau 27R in 2020. Note, the Wingard ConnecT has been replaced with a newer model due to weather related failure of the original unit. Also the optional child safety tether and cabover child safety net were misplaced by the original owner and never replaced. All other equipment is still present and in good working order.
Note, the original dealer price for this 2020 Chateau 27R was $113,248.00. Also note the extensive list of after-market equipment, listed below, is not included in this total. See “Pricing” section of this website for the total of all of these accessories as well as their depreciated value.

This Tow Bar is a Blue Ox Aladdin 7500 lb. on a 2″ receiver. Safety and electrical cables are included. With this, you’ll have “independent” transportation everywhere you camp.

Snap Pads on all Hydraulic lift points
Better grip on soft soil, less damage to hot paving, better isolation from static discharge (i.e. lighting), greater surface area on lift point (more stable while camping), environmentally friendly (reprocessed used tires), permanently installed (removable only by choice).
